The short version
- We never ask for bank passwords, card numbers or account numbers.
- We do not sell your information or use it for advertising. Only the service providers listed below handle it for us.
- The website has no cookies, no analytics and no advertising trackers.
- We keep three things: pilot requests you send us, emails you send us, and a daily count of chat replies.
Visiting the website
Cloudflare hosts the site. Like any web host, it receives your IP address and basic request details, such as the page you asked for and your browser type, to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse. Cloudflare handles that under its own privacy policy.
Cloudflare can keep a log entry for every request our code handles, and we have switched that off. Our own log lines never contain an IP address, an email address or anything you typed. Your IP address is used as a short-lived key to limit how many requests one address can send, and we do not store it.
The free calculators
The calculators run inside your browser tab. What you type into them is not sent to us.
The chat on the website
Your messages go to our Cloudflare service and to Cloudflare Workers AI, which writes the reply. We do not save conversations. We count how many replies start each day and nothing else about them. The chat works from a sample wallet, so please leave out account numbers and other private details.
The connector in assistants
When an assistant such as Muse or Grok Bot uses CardReply, each tool takes only the numbers it needs, such as a purchase amount, reward rates, dates, balances and the names you use for your cards, and ignores anything else. CardReply calculates the answer and sends it back. It needs no account or sign-in, and it does not store what was sent. We log which tool was used and whether it worked, never the values.
The assistant is made by another company, and its own privacy policy covers your conversation with it.
Pilot requests
If you ask to join the pilot, we store your email address, your answers to the two fit questions, that you agreed to be contacted and when. We use them only to contact you about the pilot. They are kept until you ask us to delete them or the pilot ends.
Mail to hello@cardreply.com is received by Cloudflare Email Routing and forwarded to our inbox. We use it only to reply to you, and we delete it if you ask.
Who else handles data
Cloudflare, for hosting, the chat's AI model, our database and email routing, and Google, which hosts the inbox our email is forwarded to. No one else, and no advertising or data companies.
Your choices
Wherever you live, you can ask what we hold about you and ask us to correct or delete it. Write to hello@cardreply.com. We do not sell personal information or share it for advertising.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
We do not track you across websites, so these browser signals have nothing to switch off. We respect them all the same.
Children
CardReply is for adults. It is not meant for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If we learn that we have, we delete it.
